Thanks to the connection with TechPRO® self-diagnosis, a team of specialised professionals and a considerable variety of original diagnostic tools is at your disposal on a daily basis, enabling you to tackle any diagnostic challenge.
At the end of each operation, you will receive an email containing a detailed report of the operation, which you can also share with your customer. At any time, it will be possible to query the status and outcome of each request.
Service can be activated on all TechPRO® platforms (stand alone, iOS, Windows, Android)
